In St. Petersburg, the police detained blogger and clinical psychologist Diana Chistyakova after her attempt to set fire to a law enforcement building, reports "Kommersant".
According to the publication, Chistyakova became a victim of fraudsters who tricked her out of about one million rubles. They promised to return the money if she committed arson at the police building. As a result, the woman prepared Molotov cocktails, arrived at the scene, and managed to throw one of the bottles before being detained by the police. A criminal case has been initiated against her.
