According to information voiced by Fatemeh Mohajerani, a representative of the Iranian government, the consequences of the attacks have worsened the air quality situation in Tehran. Iranian media, citing Reuters, reported that after strikes on oil depots and refineries, toxic clouds of black smoke formed over the capital, raising serious concerns due to toxic emissions.

The conflict, which has been ongoing since late February between the USA, Israel, and Iran, continues to remain tense, especially in the Strait of Hormuz, which is a key route for international maritime oil supplies.

Against the backdrop of this escalation, the price of Brent oil surged sharply, rising above $119 per barrel on Monday; however, on March 10, the quotes dropped to around $91-92 following comments from Donald Trump about the possibility of de-escalating tensions.

Earlier, Trump had also made serious threats against Tehran, emphasizing the tension surrounding the Strait of Hormuz and potential attacks on shipping.
