As part of this initiative, a new infrastructure of information systems is being created, which will improve interaction between businesses, the population, and government institutions. The main goal of the project is to simplify citizens' access to electronic government services and provide opportunities for their participation in the decision-making process through digital platforms.
In connection with these changes, local administration heads, including those of regions, capitals, districts, and areas, have been tasked with implementing the principles of "Digital Region, Smart City." They are also required to ensure professional support and develop a methodology for assessing progress in the implementation of these transformations.
