In Kyrgyzstan, the Main Department for Combating Smuggling of the Customs Service has recorded the concealment of goods in six cement trucks that arrived from China. This information was announced by representatives of the agency.

According to the data from the Customs Service, unknown foreigners were unloading bags of goods at the "Dordoi" market that had not been declared. As a result of operational activities, it was discovered that undeclared goods intended for automotive and household use were located in the specialized compartments of the cement trucks.

During the inspection of the vehicles, traces of manipulation with the identification numbers (VIN codes) of the trailers were found. The agency reports that this could have affected the information about the year of manufacture of the equipment and indicates an intention to evade customs duties.
Currently, examinations are being conducted, and the damage caused is being assessed. Upon completion of the checks, the materials will be transferred to the investigative department of the Customs Service.
