The Hydrometeorological Service has identified several areas where danger exists:
- the Bishkek – Osh highway: kilometers 121–138 (Too-Ashuu), 198–255 (Ala-Bel), Chychkan section;
- the Ala-Buka – Kanysh-Kiya highway: kilometers 68–74, 86–101 (Chapchyma);
- the Krasnaya Gorka – Ak-Tash section: kilometers 0–3;
- the Myrzake – Kara-Kuldja – Alaykuu highway: kilometers 65–110;
- the Karakol – Enilchek highway: kilometers 45–90 (Chon-Ashuu);
- the Balikchi – Kazarman – Jalal-Abad highway: kilometers 326–349 (Kok-Art).
Emergency Situations specialists warn of a likely deterioration in road conditions: slippery sections, ice, and poor visibility may occur.
Drivers are strongly advised to maintain a distance of at least 500 meters, avoid overtaking, and, if possible, postpone trips on mountain roads.
