The Ministry of Transport and Communications urges drivers to be cautious, as roads will become slippery, and ice may form in some areas. It is recommended to maintain a distance of at least 500 meters.
The agency has also compiled a list of passes where there is a risk of avalanches:
- Too-Ashuu pass on the 121–138 kilometer of the Bishkek — Osh road;
- Ala-Bel pass and Chychkan gorge on the 198–255 kilometer;
- Chapchyma pass on the 68–74 and 86–101 kilometers of the Ala-Buka — Kanysh-Kiya road;
- the beginning of the road Krasnaya Gorka — Ak-Tash on the 0–3 kilometer;
- passes on the 40–90 kilometer of the Myrza-Ake — Kara-Kulja — Alaykuu road;
- Chon-Ashuu pass on the 45–90 kilometer of the Karakol — Enilchek road;
- Kok-Art pass on the 326–349 kilometer of the Balikchi — Kazarman — Jalal-Abad road.
