According to the agency's information, during this period, there may be avalanches, snow drifts, and ice formation in the mountainous regions of the country. Dangerous conditions are expected on several highways:
- Bishkek — Osh: sections 121-138 km (Tоо-Ashuu Pass) and 198-255 km (Ala-Bel Pass, Chychkan Gorge);
- Ala-Buka — Kanysh-Kyya: sections 68-74 km and 86-101 km (Chapchyma Pass);
- Krasnaya Gorka — Ak-Tash: section 0-3 km;
- Myzake — Kara-Kuldja — Alaykuu: sections 65-110 km;
- Karakol — Enilchek: sections 45-90 km (Chon-Ashuu Pass);
- Balykchy — Kazarman — Jalal-Abad: sections 326-349 km (Kok-Art Pass).
Rescuers warn of possible severe icing and limited visibility on the roads. Drivers are advised to maintain a distance of at least 500 meters between vehicles, avoid sharp maneuvers, and, if possible, refrain from traveling through mountain passes.
The Ministry of Emergency Situations urges citizens to closely monitor weather forecast updates and to take precautions.
