The driver "took" the officer for a ride on the hood of his car
A driver was detained in Bishkek for illegally leaving his vehicle in a prohibited area. During an attempt to clarify the circumstances of the offense, the violator ran over a municipal police officer. This incident was reported by the Main Internal Affairs Directorate.
According to law enforcement information, on February 27, 2026, at around 16:58, illegal parking was observed at the intersection of M. Frunze and Koenkozov streets. When a protocol was being drawn up, the driver was asked for documents for the car, to which he responded with foul language, refused to comply with lawful demands, and ignored the instruction to wait for the arrival of the patrol group called by service "102".
In an attempt to evade justice, the driver continued south on Koenkozov Street towards Togolok Moldо Street, despite repeated calls to stop. He even began to move while the officer was on the hood of his vehicle.
As a result of the incident, an administrative protocol was drawn up against K.N., born in 1970, and he was placed in a temporary detention facility.
