The press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations reminded that such tragedies are not uncommon. Last year, a fire in Osh resulted in the deaths of a 34-year-old woman and her five children, as well as two people in a nursing home in Bishkek.
The minister emphasized that such tragedies serve as a reminder of the consequences of ignoring fire safety rules.
The Ministry of Emergency Situations urges citizens to be vigilant when using electrical equipment, to avoid using faulty wiring, and to adhere to fire safety rules in their homes.
“Each of us must take responsibility for the safety of our families and children,” the minister added.
