As reported by the traffic police, the man attempted to flee from law enforcement but was apprehended. During the check, it was revealed that the driver did not have a valid driver's license. Furthermore, it was established that he had previously been deprived of the right to operate vehicles.
During the inspection, the driver also exhibited signs of alcohol intoxication. He was taken to a narcological facility, where the fact of intoxication was confirmed.
The vehicle was placed in an impound lot, and a protocol for the violation was drawn up against the driver, which will be sent to court for further proceedings.
