The main goal of the inspection was to determine the compliance of the company's activities with land legislation and environmental protection standards, as well as to identify any possible violations in the use of land plots.
According to the inspection results, no violations were found. The administration noted that the company is in the process of developing the deposit.
According to data from the Ministry of Justice, the head of LLC "Kamator Mining Group" is Tian Dazzy, and the founder is LLC "Hainan Huayao-Jinbao Mining Management."
The company was registered on February 24, 2020, and underwent re-registration on October 2, 2023. Its main activity is the extraction and enrichment of precious metal ores.
LLC "Kamator Mining Group" holds license "4681 AE per. 08.04.16 from 18.01.2021 to 31.12.2029 blank No. 003506 (extraction)" for the Kurandzhailau deposit, which has reserves of gold, silver, lead, and zinc.
Recent data shows that the Kurandzhailau deposit is located in the Kemin district of the Chui region and contains approximately 883 thousand tons of ore, which includes 4,249 kg of gold and 9,342 kg of silver.

Tian Dazzy is also the head of LLC "Siforin Mining," where the founder is Wang Debao. This company was registered on November 19, 2019, and is engaged in the extraction and enrichment of precious metal ores.
Additionally, Tian Dazzy manages JSC "Partner-Resource," which is also focused on the extraction and enrichment of precious metals.
Tian Dazzy also heads LLC "Kemin Resource Group," founded by LLC "Hainan Huayao-Jinbao Mining Management." The company was registered on July 5, 2021, and underwent re-registration on October 2, 2023.
On November 25, 2025, the GKNB reported multiple violations related to the activities of LLC "Kemin Resource Group", represented by the general director, a Chinese citizen with the surname "T.D."
As part of the criminal case, a commission inspection was conducted by employees of the Ministry of Natural Resources and the Forest Service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, aimed at determining the causes of environmental damage caused during geological exploration at the Dolpran gold deposit located in the Kemin district of the Chui region.
According to the GKNB, during the inspection at the Dolpran deposit, environmental violations were identified, including the destruction of 14,398.6 square meters of land, non-compliance with project documentation, destruction of land resources, failure to meet license conditions, and provision of false data on reserves, which violates the law "On Subsoil" and other requirements related to industrial safety.
As a result of the investigative activities, on November 20, 2025, the general director of the gold mining enterprise "T.D." was detained and placed in the GKNB detention center by the decision of the October court of Bishkek.
