Producer's comment on this issue
Valery Meladze's concert in Kyrgyzstan, planned as part of his anniversary tour, will not take place. This was announced by the artist's producer, Pavel Rudchenko.
Meladze also intended to perform in Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan.
Rudchenko explained the decision to cancel the concert by the desire to maintain strong ties with Russia and avoid possible political statements during public events.
It is worth noting that the singer has expressed critical views on Russia's military operation in Ukraine, yet he continued his performances in Russia. For instance, he earned 22 million rubles for a concert in St. Petersburg, as reported by "Gazeta.RU".
