
Kyrgyz rapper Bakr announced on his Instagram page that he was denied entry into Russia at Sheremetyevo Airport.
The musician reported that he was detained at border control and held at the airport for more than three hours. His documents were returned to him along with a notification of a ban on entry into the Russian Federation, but the reasons for this decision were not explained by the Border Guard Service staff.

Bakr, whose full name is Islam Zakirov, was previously included in the list of terrorists and extremists by Rosfinmonitoring. It is not officially clarified whether these events are related.
The artist had planned performances in Moscow, Kazan, St. Petersburg, and Ufa.
He stated that he intends to seek clarification regarding the incident that occurred.
