The mayor noted that energy-saving lighting devices were installed around the entire perimeter of the square. According to him, the total electricity consumption does not exceed 50 MW.
Junushaliev emphasized that the creation of the New Year decorations took into account both the festive atmosphere for residents and the issues of energy conservation. This was done to provide residents and guests of the capital the opportunity to enjoy the New Year spirit while also caring for the rational use of energy resources.
