At a government meeting, the Chairman of the Cabinet, Adylbek Kasymaliev, presented the new portal.
According to a press release, the portal egov.kg is now available to users. Currently, the phased transfer of websites of ministries and various agencies to a unified platform is actively underway. In the future, it is planned to connect all government bodies to this resource.
“The site already features complete pages for all ministries, where official data, key documents, and contact information are posted. The user-friendly interface and search function allow users to quickly find the necessary government services and relevant information,” the statement said.
During the presentation, the head of the Cabinet emphasized the importance of open and transparent communication between the government and citizens, as well as the need to provide the population with timely and verified information.
“Government institutions must operate openly and transparently. We are obligated to provide the population with current and reliable information. Social networks and the media play an important role, but information is often distorted or turns out to be inaccurate. In such conditions, the official websites of government bodies should become the primary tool for communication with the public,” stated Adylbek Kasymaliev.
