Kainy, located in the Panfilov district of the Chui region, is its administrative center.
“Our city has over 10,000 residents of various nationalities. Almost all 63 streets are paved and have lighting. We are witnessing positive changes in socio-economic development. Each year, the city budget increases, allowing us to improve social infrastructure and the quality of life for residents. This year, thanks to the local budget and the district development fund, 18 million 345 thousand soms were allocated for the purchase of new special equipment.
Among the new equipment are: a garbage truck, two electric motor scooters, a sewage truck, a minibus, an excavator, and a loader. Thus, the total number of equipment available has increased from 7 to 14 units. A parking lot has also been built for this equipment. These achievements were presented on December 19 to the district akim Bekmaat Masaidov and the residents of the city,” added R. Sheishenov.
In addition, in 2025, the Kainy municipality showcased new units of equipment that were handed over for use to local residents.
