In the Jeti-Oguz district of the Issyk-Kul region, a local resident assembles tractors and earns an income of over one million soms a year.

29-year-old Chyngyz Esengul uulu from the village of Zhalgyz-Örük [Zhalgyz-Oruk] continues his father's traditions by practicing blacksmithing. In the conditions of his own home, he creates metal machinery and agricultural tools.

According to Chyngyz, his journey in this craft began thanks to his father. "My father has been working with metal for many years. I helped him and, gradually learning, I started assembling machinery myself. Now I am engaged in the production of small-sized equipment. We independently develop the sizes and designs, select and assemble the parts, and complete the manufacturing in about a month. Our machines are very convenient for various household and agricultural tasks," he shares.
Chyngyz also mentions that he and his father are involved in breeding pedigree dairy cows. Initially, the equipment was created for their own needs, but soon they began receiving orders from other people. Currently, the cost of one unit of equipment exceeds 300,000 soms. My father always supports me in this endeavor, and we are now actively working on fulfilling orders. Assembling one small machine takes about 20 days. If we produce 4-5 units a year, our income exceeds 1 million soms. In the future, I plan to expand the business and start manufacturing larger machinery," Chyngyz says.
