Urmati Dokoev, the head of the Jeti-Oguz rural administration, reported on the problems that have arisen due to worsening weather conditions for students.
According to him, about 100 people live in the village of Zeleny Gai, among whom more than 25 schoolchildren go to study daily in the village of Lipenka, located 11 kilometers from their home. A special school bus is used for this purpose.
“Previously, when the snowfalls were heavy, we received help from the border post 'Koy-Sary', which cleared the road. Now, however, our capabilities for road clearing are very limited. Even after attempts to clear it, the Koy-Sary — Jeti-Oguz road is once again closed due to snow. We urgently need help from specialized equipment,” noted Urmati Dokoev.
