In the Naryn region, in the Ak-Tal district, the process of identifying horses is actively underway.

As reported by the leading specialist of the district veterinary service, Mirbek Toktobaev, the identification of 5,558 horses is planned for 2025, however, as of today, electronic chips have already been installed on 15,381 horses.

“The goals of horse identification are diverse: it is not only for the export of animal products but also for clarifying livestock numbers and preventing theft. Currently, the identification work is being completed in all rural areas. I urge horse owners to undergo this procedure and install electronic chips, as this is a government requirement,” Toktobaev added.
