She emphasized that many citizens of Kyrgyzstan are outside their country for various reasons, and the diasporas are actively promoting the Kyrgyz language and culture. In particular, there is already a park in Chelyabinsk dedicated to Chyngyz Aitmatov.
"The park is ready, it has the necessary infrastructure, and now we need to install the monument," Bakirova noted, calling for assistance in this endeavor.
Additionally, she addressed President Sadyr Japarov, noting that a good report on the work done had been presented, but she also asked him to pay attention to the problems of migrants.
