Kurmanaliev noted that the settlements in the district are located quite far from each other.
He reminded that until 2002, there was a district family medical center in Naryn that provided medical services to the population of the Naryn district. However, since 2002, this center has been disbanded and merged with the regional medical institution, which now serves both the city of Naryn and its surroundings. This creates difficulties for residents of remote villages, which, in the delegate's opinion, causes significant dissatisfaction among the population.
In light of the above, Kurmanaliev proposed to restore the Naryn District Family Medical Center with plans to build a 40-bed inpatient facility.
Additionally, he expressed the opinion that there is a need to introduce restrictions in the online space, pointing to the presence of negative phenomena that have an adverse impact on society.
