As part of the joint plan of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe for 2025, new forensic suitcases have been handed over to the expert-criminalistic service. The ministry's press service reported this event.

The transfer of equipment took place in the assembly hall of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, highlighting the importance of this step for improving the work of law enforcement agencies.

According to the agency, the new sets are intended for use at crime scenes and contain specialized tools for documenting, seizing, and initial processing of crime evidence. The use of this equipment is expected to significantly improve the quality of crime scene investigations, expedite investigative actions, and preserve physical evidence. The upgrade of forensic equipment has a direct impact on the effectiveness of investigations and the resolution of crimes,” the press service noted.
