According to the agency, in response to these incidents, several statements have been submitted to the internal affairs authorities by citizens.
These incidents have been registered in the Unified Register of Crimes of the Kyzyl-Kiya City Department of Internal Affairs, and criminal cases have been initiated in accordance with Article 205 of the Criminal Code of Kyrgyzstan ("Theft").
During operational-search activities conducted by the officers of the Criminal Investigation Department of the Kyzyl-Kiya City Department of Internal Affairs, two men, aged 33, residents of the Nookat district of the Osh region — T. R. and K. M. — were detained. They have been handed over to the investigative authorities in the established manner.
Currently, investigative actions are ongoing.
