Top managers of the energy sector have long established a tradition of surprising children with gifts in the run-up to the New Year.
This time, energy workers visited numerous children's institutions, covering a wide range — from Sokuluk to Batken. Among the places they visited were the Jumabek Niyazov Special Boarding School, the "Kelechek" center, the psychoneurological boarding school in the village of Belovodsk, as well as an orphanage in the Issyk-Kul region and a boarding school in the Kadamjay district of the Batken region. During the visit, air conditioners, furniture, sweets, and financial support were donated.
It should be noted that as of May 1 of this year, a new pricing policy came into effect, under which social and public organizations, such as schools, kindergartens, and religious institutions, now pay for electricity at a preferential rate.
