Azamat Kudayberdiev, a delegate of the People's Kurultai from Karakol, raised important issues related to housing construction and the environmental situation in the city on December 25.

During his speech at the 4th People's Kurultai, he noted that 69 houses, as well as one school and two kindergartens, are being built in Karakol through the State Mortgage Company. However, there are no educational institutions in the vicinity of the new housing, and the kindergartens in the surrounding areas are overloaded. This forces parents to send their children to schools and kindergartens located in other parts of the city, creating additional inconveniences and financial burdens for families.

Kudayberdiev also reported on plans to build two new schools, one of which will be Russian. He suggested that the construction of two kindergartens be planned for the beginning of next year.

The delegate also raised the issue of air pollution, noting that the smog problem exists not only in Bishkek and Osh but also in Karakol. The main reason is the use of coal by local residents for heating homes and for industrial purposes.

In the course of discussing the construction of the Russian school, the delegate requested to consider the possibility of organizing education in the Kyrgyz language in some classes.
