A resident of the capital asked a question about the future of the neighborhood bounded by Bayetova, Razakova, Erkindik, and Frunze streets.
She inquired: "Are there plans to construct new residential buildings in this area? Currently, there are barrack-type houses here. If the residents want to preserve their homes and oppose new construction, is there a possibility for their housing to remain untouched?"
In response, Kadyrov noted that this area is designated for residential construction.
"Yes, construction is planned for this territory. However, no work can begin without the consent of the owners. If you own this property, the decision to implement a new housing project is yours to make. Overall, new houses are indeed planned to be built on this land," he clarified.
