The new owner acquired about 300 houses
Roza Bektashova, a resident of Bishkek, was surprised to learn that about 300 houses located between Masalieva and Babay-Ata streets are designated as state property according to the new master plan.
“This area is highlighted in red, indicating land owned by the state. We have lived here for over 30 years, and now the residents are concerned about the fate of their homes,” she raised the question at a meeting with representatives of the Bishkek city administration.
During the discussion, Bektashova emphasized that the residents of the area are seriously worried about their property, as the plot is marked in red, which symbolizes state ownership.
“We will take into account the opinions of the citizens,” assured Vice Mayor Azamat Kadyrov.
