Akimov emphasized that a protective zone and a passport will be created for the fortress, and it will also be recognized as needing restoration. As part of the new general plan, the list of objects of historical and architectural heritage will also be reviewed, and protective zones will be defined for them.
"Decisions on restoration or reconstruction will be made based on the passports and in accordance with current legislation. The Ministry of Culture will be responsible for carrying out this work," he added.
