Akimov noted that there is already a free economic zone and an industrial park in this part of the city, and the future aquapark and amusement park will be located north of the Ala-Archa Reservoir. "Currently, there is a large reservoir nearby, from which water can be taken for the construction of an aquapark that meets modern foreign standards," he explained.
As part of the development of the master plan, a survey was conducted among residents about what they lack. As a result, it was found that water facilities and recreational areas, including parks and squares, are the top priority. "Residents are in dire need of swimming pools, aquaparks, and water attractions. That is why the idea of creating a city aquapark arose, which can be considered a national facility, as it will attract visitors from all over Kyrgyzstan," Akimov added.
According to him, this park will become a facility of national significance and will be accessible not only to the residents of the capital but also to anyone from other regions of the country. "The area of the territory will be more than 20 hectares, which will make it a significant and grand project," noted the first deputy head of "BGA".
