Akmatov stated that the Chatkal district is a strategically important mountainous area of the country. According to him, a discussion took place in December with the participation of international organizations and government bodies, during which fundamental approaches were developed.
He emphasized the need to consider the geographical location of the district and the president's strategy for the development of mountainous areas, as well as to develop a model that can later be applied to other regions of the country.
