The award ceremony took place on December 29, 2025, and was organized by the Ministry of Natural Resources, Ecology, and Technical Supervision, where the winners of the competitions "Cleanest City" and "Cleanest Aiyl Aimak" were announced.
As a result of the competition, Orlovka was awarded 3rd place and received a three-wheeled scooter.
As emphasized by the city hall, this achievement is the result of the joint efforts of all residents and organizations of the city. Special thanks were directed to the employees of the municipal enterprise "Orlovskoye City Housing and Communal Services," who play an important role in maintaining order and landscaping. "The work to ensure cleanliness continues regardless of winter frosts and summer heat. If every citizen cares about cleanliness, such successes will be constant," notes the administration.
