In order to improve the quality of service to citizens and reduce the influence of the human factor, as well as to combat corruption, the minister instructed the management of the state institution "Production and Innovation Center" to transition to cashless payment at the specified checkpoints as quickly as possible.
Currently, users can make payments conveniently using QR codes through installed terminals on-site or via mobile applications with electronic wallets.
As a result of the implementation of the new system developed by the staff of the "Production and Innovation Center," the number of personnel at the checkpoints has been optimized gradually.
Additionally, to avoid traffic congestion at the "Sosnovka" and "Kara-Kol" checkpoints, the road lanes have been expanded, and two new traffic lanes have been constructed and put into operation.
