This year, 856 million 548 thousand 703 soms were allocated from the state budget for the printing of textbooks.
Over the past eight years, 3 million 742 thousand 461 textbooks have been published in the country. In 2025, the number of educational and methodological complexes reached 4 million 85 thousand 450, which is 9.1% higher than the volumes achieved over the previous eight years.
The Ministry of Education noted that the publication of textbooks is carried out in accordance with a clear phased plan that aligns with the Concept of transitioning to a 12-year school education. This concept was approved by the Cabinet of Ministers' resolution No. 654 on October 30, 2024.
