Restrictions on the passage of heavy trucks have been introduced at the Ala-Bel pass
According to the press service of the Ministry of Transport and Communications, due to a sharp deterioration in weather conditions, heavy snowfall, and the risk of avalanches, temporary traffic restrictions have been imposed on several highways.
As of 19:00 on January 16, the movement of all vehicles is closed on the sections Ala-Buka – Jany-Bazar – Kirovka and Krasnaya Gorka – Ak-Tash.
Currently, road services are engaged in clearing the specified roads, as reported by the press service.
Additionally, starting from 20:00 on January 16, restrictions for heavy trucks have been introduced at the Ala-Bel pass on the Bishkek – Osh highway at the Aral checkpoint.
