He is accused of not vacating the state housing after the end of his deputy term.
Mirlan Samyikozho, former deputy of the Jogorku Kenesh, denied rumors that appeared on social media claiming that he did not vacate the official apartment. He reported this on his Facebook page.
According to Samyikozho, the deadline for vacating the official housing is set until January 19. He noted that perhaps not all previous tenants managed to return their apartments. The former deputy also pointed out that the residence of his relatives in the apartment is a personal matter and should not be grounds for accusations.
He added that he has already vacated the official apartment and handed the keys to the caretaker. To confirm his words, he posted a video so that anyone interested could verify it.

Samyikozho also rejected rumors that he had approached current deputies with a request to re-register the housing in his name. He urged those spreading such statements to name names. In conclusion, he noted that the constant attempts to "find flaws and discredit" him have their limits and addressed his colleagues with this reminder.
It should be noted that social media claims that the former deputy resides in the residential complex "Achekey," located in "Kok-Jar," and that his official apartment is allegedly occupied by his sister, who does not vacate it despite his term ending.
Additionally, it is reported that this property is on the parliament's balance, and the former deputy avoids communication with parliament staff and is trying to negotiate with one of the new deputies about re-registering the housing.
