At the new livestock market in the suburbs of Bishkek, the rules of slaughter according to Sharia were explained
In the suburbs of Bishkek, a meeting was held at the new livestock market, organized by representatives of the Spiritual Administration of Muslims of Kyrgyzstan, dedicated to Sharia norms of animal slaughter. This was reported by the press service of the muftiate.

Experts from the SAMK familiarized butchers with the basics of humane treatment of animals. Important points discussed included the necessity of slaughtering with a sharp knife in one motion, cutting the trachea, esophagus, and jugular veins, as well as the requirement for complete blood drainage. It is important that each animal is slaughtered with the mention of Allah's name.

Attention was also drawn to compliance with sanitary norms, including cleanliness in the premises, sterility of tools, and proper storage of meat.

Public figure Duyshon Abdyldaev noted that there are penalties for cruel treatment of animals.

The management of the livestock market announced plans to improve slaughter and sanitation conditions. Butchers were handed informational brochures, and a banner with rules regarding Sharia slaughter was placed on the premises.
