- normalizes blood sugar and cholesterol levels, reducing the risk of hypertension, stroke, diabetes, and cancer.
- More intense activities, such as running, swimming, cycling, or team sports, further strengthen the cardiovascular system.
- However, maximum effect can only be achieved by combining active movements, balanced nutrition, and giving up bad habits.
