Mayor Aibek Junushaliev reported that next year, the reconstruction of the old swimming pool at the Kozhomkul Sports Palace is planned. A new hospital building will also be constructed on Julius Fuchik Street, along with an ice rink and a multifunctional sports complex on Toktonalieva Street.
In addition, the construction of a wrestling hall in Maevka and sports facilities in the "Yntymak" residential area is ongoing. The completion of the four-story building of the "Young Technicians Station" is also planned for 2026.
One of the projects is the renovation of the "Chatyr-Kul" cinema. The city hall clarified that the reconstruction will be carried out in accordance with modern standards.
Furthermore, emphasis is placed on the modernization of communal infrastructure. The update of the production base for municipal enterprises such as "Tazalyk" and "Bishkekzelenstroy" is planned.
The municipality emphasized that all these projects are aimed at improving the urban social infrastructure and enhancing the quality of services for the residents of the capital.
