The incident occurred on March 1 at 4:00 AM, when a group of vacationers set out on a hike to Mount Mughalim. Upon reaching the waterfall, one of the participants lost consciousness due to hypothermia, and information about this was relayed to the 112 service.
Five rescuers were dispatched to the scene, who quickly provided first aid to the victim. His condition is currently stable.
It should be noted that at the direction of the Minister of Emergency Situations, Major General Urmatbek Shamyrkanov, rescuers are on duty in the Ala-Archa Park on a permanent basis.
