Five kazan of beshbarmak and a 100-meter chuchuk were prepared in Naryn for Nowruz
As part of the Nowruz celebration in Naryn, a unique dish was prepared: a 100-meter chuchuk and beshbarmak, which was cooked in five large cauldrons known as tai-kazans. This was reported by the event organizer, Zhyldyz Kokonbay.

For the preparation of such a large-scale dish, meat from four horses was used. A total of 300 kilograms of noodles were needed for the beshbarmak, of which 50 kilograms were handmade by local artisans.

The 100-meter chuchuk, made from the entire kazy of four horses, attracted special attention. This dish was prepared according to a traditional recipe that also included ribs. The organizers noted that chuchuk ranks second in importance in Kyrgyz cuisine, surpassed only by the delicacy called ucha.
