
For the preparation of such a large-scale dish, meat from four horses was used. A total of 300 kilograms of noodles were needed for the beshbarmak, of which 50 kilograms were handmade by local artisans.
The 100-meter chuchuk, made from the entire kazy of four horses, attracted special attention. This dish was prepared according to a traditional recipe that also included ribs. The organizers noted that chuchuk ranks second in importance in Kyrgyz cuisine, surpassed only by the delicacy called ucha.
