
During a press conference held at the "Kabar" agency, Janbolot Tutkaev, who is the head of the trading organization department of the State Agency for Management of State Property of the Kyrgyz Republic, outlined the key aspects of participating in auctions for the right to develop land plots at the "Jyrgalan" resort.
Tutkaev noted that potential investors must complete three main steps for successful participation in the auctions:
The first step is registration on the official electronic trading portal. For this, the participant must obtain a key for the electronic digital signature in advance.
The next step after registration is to select the lot of interest and submit the corresponding application, while also making the required security deposit.
Required documents
- For legal entities, an additional package of documents is required, which includes:
- certified copies of founding documents;
- power of attorney for the representative authorized to act on behalf of the company.
Janbolot Tutkaev also added that the commission may request additional confirmations depending on the specifics of the national investment project:
- documents on the financial condition and sustainability of the project;
- confirmation of experience in implementing similar investment programs;
- certificates of absence of tax and insurance contribution debts;
- technical and economic justification or detailed business plan.
