It became known that representatives of Chinese construction companies, along with the director of the state enterprise "Ala-Tuu Resort," Jarkynbek Maksutov, and the head of the Cabinet of Ministers' decision-making department, Azamat Kadyraliev, conducted an inspection of the area where the resort will be located.
The state enterprise noted that based on the president's initiative and with government support, the construction of access roads, a cable car, and water supply facilities is actively underway. Investors expressed their intention to participate in the second stage of the auction for the acquisition of plots for the future tourist town of Jyrgalan.
The first stage of the auction took place in July, during which local investors purchased 14 lots. It is expected that the second auction will be announced in the coming days, offering another 35 land plots.
According to the established conditions, if a foreign investor wins a lot, the plot for the construction of various facilities such as hotels, apartments, cottages, ethnovillages, and restaurants will be leased for 49 years. Local investors will have the opportunity to obtain land in private ownership.
The auction will be held in an open format and will also be available online. Both local and foreign investors, construction companies, and representatives of the tourism industry will be able to participate.
