A festive event for children took place in Bishkek at the 'Open Heart' foundation

At the Public Charitable Foundation "Open Heart" in Bishkek, a festive evening was held aimed at uniting children and their parents. The event encompassed five celebrations, including Orozo-Ait, Nooruz, International Day of People with Down Syndrome, World Autism Awareness Day, and the birthdays of children born in spring.

Barqalbas Baytikov, the deputy head for social issues of the Oktobersky district administration of Bishkek, addressed the attendees with a welcoming speech. He congratulated the participants on this significant event and emphasized the importance of supporting inclusive initiatives within the district's social policy. According to him, such events are not just holidays but an important step towards creating a barrier-free environment where every child, regardless of their characteristics, can feel like a full-fledged member of society.

“We value the work of the foundation's director, who puts in a lot of effort into the development of children. The municipal administration will continue to support projects aimed at the socialization and protection of the interests of children with special needs,” he added.

At the end of his speech, Barqalbas Baytikov presented a letter of gratitude from the head of the Oktobersky district administration to the foundation's director, Lyudmila Lobasenko.

Lobasenko, in turn, noted that such festive events are very important for children who eagerly await them. Inclusive events are created to unite people with various physical, mental, and social characteristics. Their main goal is to ensure equal opportunities for all.

According to her, such holidays provide children with the opportunity to showcase their talents and perform in front of an audience.

“We hope that such meetings will help children develop communication skills and teach them responsibility. We strive to create a community where every family feels important and accepted. On behalf of our foundation, I would like to thank all the sponsors for their active participation in the celebration,” said Lyudmila Lobasenko.

The event was also attended by Marcel Salahunov, the chairman of the Marketplace Committee of the Association of E-commerce of the Kyrgyz Republic, who greeted the guests. “Today, being here, I realized that there is a special world — a world of warmth and bright colors, created by this foundation, where the desire to live and develop one's creative abilities reigns,” he added.

The guests were offered a small entertainment program that created an atmosphere of friendly communication and warmth.

Parents expressed their gratitude for the organization of the holiday, emphasizing its importance. One mother, Uulkiz Irskanova, noted that such events are especially needed for children with special needs.

“First of all, such holidays help children to be in a group. Unfortunately, it is not always possible to participate in such events, so here they can socialize and learn to interact with others,” she explained.

The celebration was held at a high level, in a warm and heartfelt atmosphere, confirming the importance of such meetings for children and their families.
