Previously, Shatskikh worked at the Uzbek club "Andijan," where the goalkeeper of the Kyrgyzstan national team, Erjan Tokotaev, played.
FC "Asia" was founded in 2025 and has gained the opportunity to compete in the country's Premier League.
As a player, Shatskikh became the champion of Ukraine six times with Dynamo Kyiv and won the Ukrainian Cup five times.
In his coaching career, he led "Pakhtakor" to the championship title twice in 2022 and 2023.
