Yarygin Cup: Three Kyrgyzstani Women Lost, Jumanzarova Did Not Compete. Results

At the Ivan Yarygin Cup in freestyle wrestling, which is taking place in Krasnoyarsk (Russia), athletes from Kyrgyzstan were unable to achieve a successful start.

According to the Russian Wrestling Federation, four wrestlers from Kyrgyzstan were scheduled to compete on the first day of the tournament.

Of these, three athletes lost their first matches but still have the opportunity to continue competing for the bronze medal in the consolation tournament.

Sezim Jumaanazarova, who was registered in the weight category up to 59 kg, was supposed to start in the 1/16 finals, facing Bayasgalan Mongolhu from Mongolia.

The match was scheduled on mat number 61; however, Jumaanazarova did not come out for the bout.

On the website of the Russian Wrestling Federation, the tournament brackets are available online, indicating that the athlete from Mongolia advanced to the 1/8 finals.

Anastasia Parokhina (Russia) - Asel Japrova — victory for Parokhina by fall
