From January 29 to February 1, the country's athletes competed in the Ivan Yarygin Cup.
The team consisted of 15 wrestlers who managed to achieve success in their categories, winning two awards.
In the 62 kg category, Dilnaz Sazanova took second place, earning a silver medal. This achievement marked the second silver for the Kyrgyzstan national team at this tournament: a similar result was achieved in 2015 by Aisuluu Tynybekova.
Additionally, Nurzat Nurtayeva competed in the 72 kg category and won a bronze medal, finishing in 3rd place.
