The football club "Toktogul," which is debuting in the Kyrgyzstan Premier League, continues to recruit players ahead of the new season.

The team has signed 32-year-old midfielder Mirbek Akhmataliyev, who previously played for clubs such as "Alga," "Dordoi," "Abdysh-Ata," "Muras United," "Alay," and "Kaganat," as well as teams in Georgia and Malaysia.

Akhmataliyev was banned from participating in matches for five years in August 2024 after an incident during training at "Muras United," however, on February 10, the Executive Committee of the Kyrgyz Football Union decided to lift his suspension.

Before the start of the season, "Toktogul" also signed Georgian national team defender Solomon Kverkvelia, which indicates the club's serious intentions in the new league.
