On November 6 in Washington, the President of Kyrgyzstan, Sadyr Japarov, held meetings with Donald Trump as part of his working visit to the United States. This information was provided by the information policy department of the president's office.
During the conversation, important issues concerning bilateral relations were discussed, as well as the possibilities of strengthening cooperation between Kyrgyzstan and the USA in various fields, including politics, financial technologies, and artificial intelligence.






The President noted that, unlike other countries, Kyrgyzstan does not possess significant reserves of oil and gas, and emphasized that the main wealth of the republic is its educated youth, many of whom are actively developing in the field of information technology.
Additionally, he drew attention to cooperation in the field of financial technologies and mentioned the Genius Act, a law passed by Trump that regulates stablecoins and is considered one of the most progressive laws in the world.





Japarov also spoke about the measures being taken to implement digital financial instruments in the country, including the launch of the national stablecoin KGST and the development of a state crypto reserve.
Trump, in turn, warmly welcomed Japarov and noted the positive dynamics in the development of bilateral relations.The President of the United States emphasized that a constructive dialogue between the two countries would contribute to further cooperation and the implementation of joint initiatives aimed at sustainable development and the well-being of the peoples of Kyrgyzstan and the USA.
