Sadyr Japarov to Meet Donald Trump at the "Central Asia - USA" Summit

At the summit, which will take place in Washington, a meeting is expected between U.S. President Donald Trump and the heads of state of Central Asia, including Kyrgyzstan. Askhat Alagozov, the president's press secretary, stated that the invitation from Trump has been officially accepted.

He also noted that this invitation has been gratefully accepted, and work is currently underway to prepare Sadyr Japarov's visit to the U.S.

The second "Central Asia - U.S." summit will continue from the first one, which took place in 2023 on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly in New York, where President Joe Biden was present. The United States intends to deepen cooperation with Central Asia and marks the decade of its platform.

Additionally, it was previously reported that invitations to the summit were also extended to the presidents of Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan.
