In response, the Central Election Commission stated that a copy of the ruling regarding the election results in electoral district No. 26 from December 8 was provided in the case materials concerning Abakirov's application to the Bishkek Administrative Court.
During the court proceedings, the candidate's representative declared the submitted documents invalid. For this reason, to ensure the completeness of evidence, the CEC representative requested a 15-minute recess from the court to provide the original ruling. The court granted this request, and ultimately, the original ruling of the CEC dated December 8, 2025, No. 189, was presented to the court.
Furthermore, the CEC emphasized that, according to the candidate's representative, document substitution was impossible.
“The ruling of the CEC of the Kyrgyz Republic dated December 8 was made in accordance with all established legal procedures and has entered into legal force,” the CEC added.
It should be noted that the CEC meeting on December 8, 2025, was attended by candidates from electoral district No. 26: Eldar Abakirov, Gulniza Beyshenbaeva, and Akjol Isayev. Eldar Abakirov was given the opportunity to express his opinion. Following the discussion of the issue, the CEC members unanimously made a decision, with nine members participating offline and two online.
The meeting, which took place at 5:00 PM, was broadcast live and is available on the CEC's YouTube channel in its original form, without changes, the commission reported.
Earlier, Atyr Abdrakhmatova stated that the judge of the Bishkek Administrative Court, Nurman Nartaev, is helping to legalize the illegal decision of the CEC. She noted that the CEC presented the minutes of the meeting from December 8 at 11:05 AM, despite the fact that the meeting took place at 5:00 PM.
In this regard, Abakirov and his representative filed a motion to disqualify the judge; however, the judge rejected their request, after which the court ruled to dismiss the candidate's claim against the CEC.
